Digimagaz.com  –   Napoli claimed a comprehensive victory as they visited Lecce in the seventh fixture of Serie A, winning with a resounding 4-0 scoreline. The game was held at the Stadio Comunale Via del Mare.

Napoli asserted their dominance early on when Leo Skiri Ostigard headed in a free-kick from Piotr Zielinski in the 16th minute, setting Napoli ahead 1-0 before half-time.

Their lead was doubled six minutes into the second half as Victor Osimhen, who was introduced after the break, skillfully converted a cross from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia with a header. Napoli’s offensive prowess was on display again when Gianluca Gaetano turned a pass from Giacomo Raspadori into a goal just two minutes before full-time.

To add to Lecce’s woes, the home side conceded a penalty in injury time. Matteo Politano confidently stepped up to secure the emphatic 4-0 victory for Napoli.

With this win, Napoli climbed to third place in the Serie A standings, boasting 14 points. Meanwhile, Lecce, with 11 points, finds themselves in the seventh position.
