Digimagaz.com  –  In the seventh matchday of the 2023/2024 Serie A season, AC Milan secured a crucial victory against Lazio with a final score of 2-0. This win boosts the Rossoneri to the top of the Serie A standings with 18 points.

American international, Christian Pulisic, put AC Milan ahead with a sublime volley in the 60th minute, following a cross from Rafael Leao. Noah Okafor sealed the win for Milan in the 88th minute, tapping in a low cross, once again delivered by Leao.

The match  was fiercely contested from the start. Both teams launched relentless attacks against each other, keeping fans at the edge of their seats. Lazio’s Felipe Anderson came close to breaking the deadlock in the 13th minute with a shot from a tight angle, only to hit the side netting.

AC Milan faced a setback in the 30th minute when Ruben Loftus-Cheek suffered an injury, prompting an immediate substitution with Yunus Musah taking his place.

Lazio’s goalkeeper, Ivan Provedel, made several crucial saves in the match, denying AC Milan from increasing their lead multiple times. Despite Lazio’s efforts to bounce back after conceding the first goal, they struggled to organize effective attacks.
