Unlike some recent Switch releases that rely on digital keys, the Nintendo versions will ship with full game data on a physical cartridge.

Deluxe Edition – This upgraded version includes the Standard Edition plus collectible extras such as a Steelbook case, mini marquees, magnet, poster, lenticular card, arcade flyers, and arcade cabinet cards. The Deluxe Edition retails for $69.99 (PS5 and Switch) and $79.99 (Switch 2).

Kollector’s Edition – Designed for hardcore fans, this $149.99 edition features a Goro controller holder statue, a commemorative arcade token, a hardcover art and lore book, a pin set, and a specially numbered collector’s box. Digital Release and Availability
The digital version of Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection will launch slightly earlier than the physical editions, with the Xbox App recently revealing a September 30, 2025 release date. Players will be able to purchase the digital version on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC (via Steam), Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Meanwhile, physical editions of the Standard and Deluxe versions are scheduled to ship on December 12, 2025.
